In this guitar lesson, we look at how to play the biggest selling Christmas song of all time, Do They Know Its Christmas? by Band Aid. This song uses the F barre chord we covered in a recent lesson, so you'll need to be able to play that before taking on this song.
This song also covers the most common acoustic guitar strumming pattern. It's basically 8th strumming with down and up strums, but we miss some strums out, and there's a 'tie' over beat 3. Its also a great song to sing and play at the same time, so have a go at that if that's what your into
